Payments: Conference registration fees must be paid in full before attendees can collect their badges or gain access to the conference app. A credit card is required to complete your registration. If you need an alternate method of payment, please contact us through the TLCC assistance form.

Attendee fees cover only a portion of the direct costs associated with the conference; these are supplemented with funding from Tessitura and conference sponsors. Sponsorships from our partners significantly defray costs for member organisations.

Cancellations & transfers: Please submit any cancellation and registration change requests in writing through the TLCC assistance form. Cancellations and changes received by 3 November will incur an AU$145 administrative fee. After 3 November, refunds are not available. You may transfer your registration to another attendee up to 6 November 2025.
