- SeatMe: Designed exclusively for Tessitura-powered organizations, SeatMe offers an immersive, 3D venue experience that allows patrons to explore the auditorium and preview the view from any seat before purchasing. This interactive, virtual experience helps build buyer confidence, streamline the purchase journey and drive conversions. SeatMe supports single tickets, subscriptions and flex packages, along with features such as accessible seat messaging, membership-based pricing, waiting lists and custom seat rules. Fully integrated with Tessitura and compatible with both TNEW and full API implementations, SeatMe provides a flexible, scalable solution that enhances the patron experience while aligning seamlessly with an organization’s operational goals.
- Conversational AI Chatbot: A Tessitura-integrated chatbot that delivers personalized, multilingual virtual assistance 24/7 across an organization’s website. By combining real-time Tessitura data, such as pricing and availability, with content and imagery from the organization’s CMS, the chatbot can respond to patron questions with brand-aligned, performance-specific answers. This scalable solution helps institutions enhance the digital patron journey, reduce service load and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience at every touchpoint.
