Issues with website login and support hub access

Website content is available as normal

We’re currently experiencing issues with login functionality on our website. Users are not receiving confirmation of their login, and the navigation bar is not displaying users' names and photos/avatars except on the community hub. 

As far as we are aware, most webpages at tessitura.com and community.tessitura.com can still be accessed. Although you appear to be logged out, you can still access protected content, including documentation and training resources, once you enter your credentials. 

The online, self-service support hub is not currently accessible. Our support team is always available to help; please call or email with any questions or help issues. 

We are working with our providers to identify a fix and will share updates as we learn more. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
