Update to website login verification process

New identity provider implementing on March 3

On March 3, beginning at 5:00pm PST, tessitura.com will switch to a new identity provider (IdP). To improve your account security and simplify your credentials across our various online resources, website logins will be verified securely through a new third-party platform. While visible changes are minimal and very little downtime is expected, we want you to know what’s coming.

What to expect

  • After the update on March 3, you will be required to reset your tessitura.com password the first time you log in. You can do so by selecting "Forgot password" on the login screen. (If you do not receive an email to reset your password, try registering to reconnect to your existing account.) Account reactivation will still be required every 90 days.
  • Each time you log in to tessitura.com, you will momentarily be redirected to login.tessitura.com. Once your credentials are authenticated, you will be redirected back to our website.
  • These login credentials will grant you access to our website, learning resources and community hub.
  • Please note: This process does not apply to the Tessitura application. Those credentials remain separate at this time.
