HTML templates recipe book

Tessitura uses highly-flexible, configurable HTML Templates to generate receipts and emails such as ticket order confirmations, booking confirmations, event cancellation receipts, and cumulative giving summary receipts.

To help you customize these templates, we have created the HTML Templates recipe book with example ‘recipes’ of additions and modifications you can make to HTML templates in your system. We’ll be adding to the recipe book over time.

Note: Bookmark this helpful resource as you get ready to transition to Tessitura v16. Email confirmations and communications in v16 will require the use of HTML Templates, which use newer (REST) calls to the Tessitura API. The ASPX templates supported by Legacy API (SOAP) calls in previous versions will be deprecated and cannot be used in v16.
