Patrons access tickets through an organization-branded ticket wallet with login without a password, Apple and Google Wallet support, ticket sharing, live ticket updates and dynamic QR codes. PatronSafe™ Ticket Resale gives venues an official resale option when patrons can’t use their tickets, with venue-defined eligibility, timing, pricing and marketplace participation. When a ticket resells, the new buyer is added to Tessitura and the ticket transfers automatically.
