Success story
Monica Chen is a New York City resident with degrees in piano performance and in arts administration. She took part in Tessitura’s Early Career Development program in 2021 while working in a fundraising role at a preparatory school.
Within weeks of completing the Tessitura program, Monica had accepted a new role as Development Officer, Individual Giving at the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center.
