TLCC Sydney 2024 is an in-person conference only. Sessions will not be livestreamed. We offer regular virtual events for you to continue learning and connecting with the community. See our community calendar for details.

How can I present at this year's conferences?

The call for presenters is now closed. We hope you’ll consider submitting a presentation proposal when we open invitations for TLCC 2025.

Will recordings of conference sessions be available?

Concurrent sessions will not be recorded. General sessions may be recorded; they may or may not be published. Additionally, Tessitura prohibits any and all unauthorized session recordings and broadcasts, including but not limited to Facebook Live and IGTV. You can read our media policy below.

What is on the agenda for this year’s conference?

We are in the process of building valuable content for TLCC Sydney. In the meantime, here’s a preview of what to expect. We will kick off TLCC Sydney with an opening general session on Thursday, 21 November. Breakout sessions over two days will provide a wide range of learning opportunities and peer-to-peer sessions. The full schedule will be available in late October.

Can I attend any session? Do I need to pre-select sessions?

You can attend any available sessions. Some sessions, such as hands-on training workshops, will have limited capacity and require pre-registration. Seating in breakouts will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I build my schedule?

The conference app will launch in late October. Once you have your login information, head there to view all our sessions, connect with other attendees and exhibitors, and start building your schedule. Pre-registration for hands-on training sessions will be available at this time.

We have a full program, with up to five concurrent breakout sessions plus general sessions. We make every effort to provide content for all interest areas, but you may find multiple sessions of interest occurring simultaneously. Some sessions may be repeated, providing more opportunities to learn about what is important to you. To make sure you get the information you need, we recommend reviewing the program ahead of time and, when possible, coordinating your schedule with other colleagues so you can decide together what to attend.

Will you offer any hands-on training at the conference?

There will be hands-on training for Tessitura Analytics. Details will be available when the full schedule is released.

In addition, on Wednesday before the full conference starts, we will offer an in-person skill booster course on HTML Templates. Pre-registration will be required, and there will be an additional cost to participate in this full-day workshop on top of registration. The fee for this course is AU$175. Meals, including lunch and refreshment breaks, will be included in the cost of this course.

This all-day intensive course will give attendees users a chance to work with HTML templates hands-on. Geared toward intermediate-level Tessitura users, this skill booster course will benefit anyone who seeks to amplify their use of HTML templates in Tessitura. We ask that participants have some knowledge of HTML templates for transactional emails sent from Tessitura.. To ensure the most effective experience, our hands-on workshops have limited seating, and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants will receive a certificate of completion following an end-of-course assessment.

Do you offer continuing education credits/CPE credits for attending TLCC/sessions?

TLCC does not offer continuing education credits at this time.
