Enroll in a single course or boost your team’s working knowledge with a bundle.
We offer a discount of $100 per registration to organizations who opt for five or more course registrations for their team. Bundles can include any combination of course topics and dates and are subject to availability.
Details & dates
- Courses are offered in three topics: fundraising, memberships and ticketing. See below for detailed curricula.
- Courses are offered February through November of 2024.
- Courses are three weeks long and begin on the first Monday of the month.
- Registration closes on the Friday ten days prior to the course start date or whenever the course sells out. Specific close dates for each course are listed on the registration landing pages.

This course takes place in Version 15. We are developing Version 16 content to offer in late 2024. (If your organization uses v16, the material is relevant but the constituent interface is significantly different. This course may not be appropriate for new users with no familiarity with v15.)

This course takes place in Version 16. (If your organization uses Version 15, this course would be an appropriate way to prepare for your v16 upgrade.)
Two levels of content
- Level 1: All students learn membership concepts, front-end processing, constituent management, benefit fulfillment, and reporting
- Level 2: Students can continue on to analytics, communications, and configuration after completing level 1
- Earn a completion certificate for level 1 only, or certificates for level 1 and level 2.
