Tessitura is delighted to announce the appointment of Jenifer LaMorte as Vice President, Business Development.

Jenifer Thomas LaMorteThis position in Tessitura’s leadership team reflects the company’s accelerating growth as arts and culture organizations reopen and rebuild after the devastating closures of the pandemic.

Tessitura, a not-for-profit member-owned cooperative, creates technology, designs services, and cultivates community with the goal of helping the arts and culture sector thrive. In her role, Ms. LaMorte oversees the team that builds partnerships with cultural organizations seeking to grow revenue and engagement via customer relationship management.

It is an honor to bring my experience from within Tessitura and from my previous work in the arts and entertainment sector to this role in support of the company’s exciting vision.”

LaMorte, who has been with Tessitura since March 2019, previously oversaw the revenue strategy for Disney’s North American Broadway productions with responsibilities spanning analytics, revenue management, forecasting, customer service, and innovation. Jenifer’s deep experience in marketing has given her an understanding of the importance of CRM in building engagement and revenue. In her most recent role as a strategic business consultant, she helped numerous organizations leverage Tessitura’s unified CRM platform to bring their goals to life.

About Jenifer LaMorte

Jenifer LaMorte holds an M.B.A. and Master of Arts in Arts Administration from the University of Cincinnati, as well as a Bachelor of Music in Performance from the University of Louisville. Prior to joining the Tessitura team, Ms. LaMorte oversaw the revenue strategy for Disney’s North American Broadway productions. She is an active member of the International Ticketing Association and served on the board from January 2017 to January 2020. Jenifer has worked in consulting roles with arts and cultural organizations across the globe and presents frequently at industry conferences. Her passion is to leverage data to drive the success of arts and cultural organizations.
